Fast Times, the "Barry Way".

March 29, 2010, ...we put this real estate on the market, and MLS, and held it open for 16 straight days... On the 17th day, we opened escrow for $1,355,000. We closed the escrow on April 30.

There were 6 offers, three "over asking".... The two top offers were "Unconditional, and "All Cash"... (We had provides Termite Co., and Contractor Inspection Reports, from licensed, independent prosfessionals. We posted all the Disclosure Documents on the Internet. All prospective bidders were pre-educated!...
